We believe that fitness is not just for weightloss, but a part of our everyday lifestyle. Our online workouts are accessible with classes 30 minutes and under to fit alongside your busy schedule.

Hey there!

I'm Heather! The founder of MOVE with Heather. I can't wait to show you all the amazing things your body can achieve with regular online fitness training or/and online coaching. ​ I want to show you that exercise isn't all about loosing weight, it's about improving your health, feeling fitter and increasing your confidence. You don't even have to change your lifestyle, you can still consume the food and drinks you enjoy whilst achieving amazing results. No quick fixes, no fad diets just a community of like minded supportive members wanting to achieve their fitness goals.  ​

Exercising at home is such a time saver, it allows you to get on with the rest of your day and leaves you feeling fantastic after moving your body. ​ My classes are super varied and include anything from HIIT, low impact, strength, yoga, zumba, resistance bands, kettlebells... and the list goes on!  ​ They are also all 30 minutes and under so you can fit them into your busy day. A 10 minute workout is better than not doing one at all, so if that's all you have time for, there are plenty of options to get a workout in and feel amazing after just 10 minutes.  ​ I love teaching the live classes (HIIT and LIIT) as it's great to check in with my members, but the on demand videos are also great as you can access all the classes whenever suits you!

Online Coaching

Online coaching is your platinum membership with MOVE with Heather. 

This includes:

  • All on demand and live classes

  • Personalised app to track progress - steps, body metrics, photos 

  • Choose the number of workouts you want programmed per week - ideal if you have a gym membership or basic equipment at home (e.g. dumbbells, kettlebells).

  • It's like having a PT in your pocket, for a fraction of the cost 

  • Constant motivation and accountability from Heather

Personal training

Heather is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Pre/Post natal trainer, and fitness coach. Alongside the membership there is the opportunity to have Personal Training sessions with Heather. If you are interested in this please drop Heather a message: 07948091111 ​ There can be a number of reasons why you want to start personal training, it doesn't have to just be to loose weight, it can be to gain strength, self confidence, a better sense of wellbeing. Heather is  here to listen and offer advice on your health and fitness as well as to train you.  To begin with a  free informal chat will be scheduled to talk about your goals, current habits and what you would like to achieve from PT, so Heather can plan the best programme to help you reach your goals.  ​ There are a number of options for personal training with Heather.  Online coaching 1-1 online Personal Training  1-1 in person (local to Abingdon OX14) in private gym Some people prefer to have their own personal sessions, but some prefer to do them with a friend. This can also help boost your accountability. There is also a money splitting option for this as the cost is just slightly more than a normal 1-1 session.  If the sessions are over zoom I would recommend investing in some basic weights (dumbbells/kettlebells/resistance bands) but they are not essential to train.  Nutrition advice is also included. To help you understand the nutritional factor of your training, and why this could be hindering your progress.
