Motivating workouts & realistic nutrition

Alongside your personal gym / home programme, you will also have access to 100s of on demand classes and live classes each week! Your nutrition guidance will be worked out for you, so you know what you should be personally aiming for - no guessing here. 

Your personal workouts will be constantly adjusted so you continue to get fitter and stronger, keeping you motivated and constantly achieving results.

Weekly check ins for motivation and accountability 

Your personal app will help you see and record your progress, through progress photos, tracking steps and body metrics. Alongside this we will have 1-1 check ins to discuss your current progress and any barriers you might be facing. By setting small goals each week you will constantly see progress and feel motivated.

Support beyond the ordinary

I will be with you every step of your fitness journey. 

This is not online coaching where you get given a generic programme and told to run with it. I am here for constant support whenever you need it.

Premium plan

£148 per month

  • Choose how many days you want to workout - 2-5 days a week

Let's break this down. 

The average cost of a PT session in the UK is £40-50

With 2 sessions a week that would be £100 a week, £400 a month. 

For 2 planned sessions a week (8 a month) full support, accountability and motivation it is just £97 a month

For up to 5 sessions a week (20 sessions a month) it is only £148. - This would be £1000 with a PT!

You will also 100% reach your goals so much faster with my online coaching, than trying to do it on your own. Saving you time and money.
