Heather has the qualifications , knowledge and experience to guide you through exercises that will benefit you by building stamina and decreasing common discomforts such as back pain during pregnancy.
It's important to always listen to your body with any exercise, as no two people are the same.

Although exercise is an amazing thing to be able to do with your body pre and post natal, please make sure you have checked with your doctor that you are ok to exercise during pregnancy so that it does not cause any health risks to you or you baby.
Equally it is important to have the all clear post birth, this will usually be 6 weeks prior to a natural birth and 12 weeks post C-section - although every individual person is different.
