Slow cooker chicken and cous cous
Serves 4
1. Turn the slow cooker onto top heat
2. Chop up all the veg, and throw everything into slow cooker (apart from the cous cous)
3. Let it cook for approx 3-4 hours, or if you are going to be out all day, put it on the low heat.
4. 10 minutes before you are ready to eat put cous cous into a bowl and add boiling water with a chicken stock, cover and let it soak up the water
5. Serve and enjoy, adding seasoning if needed

600g of chopped tomatoes
Small bag of baby corn chopped up
1 medium red onion
2/3 cloves of garlic
