Prawn and chorizo pasta
As you can see from the ingredients this one is a bit of a cheat meal... regarding the cooking side of it! But it packs in a lot of flavour and is a great low calorie meal that's quick and easy to make. Add in extra veg like mushrooms etc if you fancy it!
You could also mix it up and choose what you serve this with, fresh pasta, spaghetti, rice, whatever you fancy!
