Homemade pizza

This is a super easy, quick and delicious meal. Better yet, you can enjoy a pizza without the high calorie intake.

You are welcome to put your own spin on this with toppings but I went for my fav Pepperoni!

1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees 
2. Put your pre made pizza base on an oven tray and spread the tomato passata. 
3. Sprinkle 30% less fat cheddar (you could also choose mozzarella!)
4. Add your choice of toppings. Here we have used mushrooms, red onion, black olives, and pepperoni 
5. Sprinkle a little more cheese!
6. Pop it in the oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

If you're really watching your calories you could have half the pizza with some salad!
