FAQ

What are the workouts like?

Our workouts are designed for you to take in the comfort of your own home. They will get the heart beating fast and incorporate some weight bearing routines as well as some stretching. Our workouts will be led by Heather or an instructor approved by Heather.

CaN I get extra support to keep me motivated?

Yes! Heather is always on hand to give extra motivation to her members and answer any questions they might have. There is also a private WhatsApp group for members that share their workouts and recipes! 

Are they suitable for any ability?

Each class will take you through your paces and challenge you. Some classes are more suitable for complete beginners such as LIIT (low impact) and strength, which you can then progress to HIIT. All classes offer lower impact alternatives or more advanced exercises so everyone can get the most from their workouts. 

How Many classes are included each week?

Every week there is x1 live HIIT,

x1 live Low impact, 

x1 on demand HIIT with weights

x1 extra class - which could be anything from resistance bands, kettlebells or aerobics!

and live yoga every other week!

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! You get 7 days to try out all the workouts, live and on demand completely free!

After this you can choose to continue with your membership at just £20 a month or cancel your subscription. 

What happens if I can't make the live classes?

All the live classes go onto the On Demand section shortly after it has finished! You can access all workouts on the On Demand section any time of the day that suits you.
