There can be a number of reasons why you want to start personal training, it doesn't have to just be to loose weight, it can be to gain strength, self confidence, a better sense of wellbeing. I'm here to listen and offer advice on your health and fitness as well as to train you.

There are a number of options for personal training with myself. 

​

The initial consultation session is free of charge. This will usually be an informal chat to talk about your goals, current habits and what to you would like to achieve from PT. 

​

Sessions can be taught via Zoom, or if you are local to Abingdon (OX14) then I have my own home gym. 

​

Some people prefer to have their own personal sessions, but some prefer to do them with a friend. This can also help boost your accountability. There is also a money splitting option for this as the cost is just slightly more than a normal 1-1 session. 

​

If the sessions are over zoom I would recommend investing on some basic weights (dumbbells/kettlebells/resistance bands) but they are not essential to train. 

 

Nutrition advice is also included. To help you understand the nutritional factor of your training, and why this could be hindering your progress.
