BBQ Turkey Burgers
Enjoy this low calorie, low fat, high protein burger with a side salad or if you don't mind the extra calorie some chips!
1. Preheat oven to 180. Or if you prefer to grill then set to medium heat. (These are great on the bbq in the summer!)
2. Place Turkey mince, finely chopped red onion and crack an egg into a bowl. Mix well and add seasoning if desired
3. Time to get messy! Make 3-4 Burgers out of the mixture you have created and place on a tray/oven dish.
4. Cook for approx 30-35 minutes, checking the burgers regularly
5. Once cooked through, add to a roll of your choice, alongside some spinach and BBQ sauce
Ingredients (Serves 3-4)
500g Lean Turkey mince 7% fat
1 red onion finely chopped
1 medium egg
4 brown rolls
100g spinach
4 TBSP BBQ sauce
salt and pepper
