Heather is an experienced Personal Trainer with a real passion for helping people find the joy in exercise and reaching their goals without it feeling like a chore. She will never make you do any FAD diets, and will help you understand how good nutrition can help fuel and nourish your body, instead of starving and depriving it.

(You don't need a gym membership, plans can be catered for home workouts too.)
Constant help and guidance with 24/7 contact through private messaging and technical videos
to watch when unsure on technique.
Accountability from Heather with regular check ins.
Workout when it is convenient to you. Where you want, when you want.
