Seasoned
chicken
and mash

This ones very easy and full of flavour, it could also be done with rice instead of mash.

1. Peel and boil the potatoes into soft 
2. Whilst the potatoes are boiling add the seasoning and tomato puree to the chicken, and add to a medium-high heat frying pan until cooked, turning occasionally to seal in the flavour 
3. When the potatoes are ready to mash add the broccoli to boil for 5 minutes
4. Add a knob of butter to the mash and some salt and pepper if needed. 
5. Serve and enjoy 

Ingredients (Serves 1)
1 Chicken breast 
1 large potato 
Tenderstem broccoli 
1 Teaspoon oregano 
1 Teaspoon
 paprika 
1 tablespoon of tomato puree 
Salt and pepper 
Butter for mash
