Exercise and Nutrition programme!
Here is a little taster of what you can expect from the gym programme
Four weeks of planned exercise and nutrition advice. You can choose between 2 programmes.
Gym based - using typical machinary, weights and routines you can follow in the gym environment.
Home based - using minimal equipment and mainly body weight exercises.

The gym programme is fanctastic for those of you with gym memberships and not sure what to do when you get there! It features a structured and effective four day plan (you choose the four days), which, if you follow, you will start to see results in no time.
​
The home programme features similar routines but using mainly body weight exercises. This is perfect for someone that does not like the gym environment and prefers to work out in the comfort of their own home.
​
Both programmes feature nutritional advice. They help you understand the calorie consumption you should be taking in per day for the individual. Also the importance of macronutrients - protein, fat and carbs for optimal health and fitness.
​
Once you have finished programme 1, there is the option to continue to programme 2, which is slightly more intense than the first. This is a progressive programme, if you do not feel you are ready to progress with programme 2, step up the energy for programme 1 and repeat until you are ready!

Both programmes are made for people that want to loose weight, tone up, improve endurance and fitness levels, or to maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle.
